If you have out of network benefits we are happy to provide an itemized receipt that you can send to your insurance for direct reimbursement. Please note, payment would be due at the time of service.
We do not participate in any DMO’s, Medicaid or Medicare.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards. We also are now offering our own In Office Plan.
The In Office Plan is a great way to be able to get dental work done at a cost effective price. Our goal is patient care and healthy teeth, not breaking the bank.
